I'm Kerri Watts Flynn, an Instructional Designer with a passion for learning that has taken me across three continents and through over 33 countries (and counting!).
My journey into instructional design started in the classroom, where I spent 8 years in education — teaching Arts and Graphics at an international school in Kuala Lumpur, supporting learners with diverse needs as an accessibility specialist in Prague, and designing learning experiences for adult learners globally. That foundation is what shapes everything I do today. Working with learners from incredibly diverse cultural backgrounds taught me how to create learning that genuinely connects across cultures.
My Fine Arts degree combined with a Master's level PGCE gives me a rare blend of creative instinct and educational depth. I believe learning should be just as visually compelling as it is pedagogically sound. So whether I'm building an eLearning module, storyboarding a video, or designing a facilitator guide, I bring a designer's eye and a teacher's mind to every project.
